The only information we collect and hold on file is publicly available information on your businesses, i.e. your name, your businesses name, address, contact information, website address and email information. We hold no sensitive or confidential information on your business.
Business information security.
All held information is stored securely on our servers in an electronic format and where applicable in secure hard copy storage facilities on site on our business premises. All business data is only held for as long as strictly necessary (including all legal requirements to hold certain information, data and documentation as required by Law) and when it is no longer required to be held, it is completely removed from all electronic storage devices and equipment, i.e. hard drives and servers, etc, and all hard copy information is fully destroyed.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on-line.
